STANDARD DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card deposit is required to secure all reservations. Guests may arrange to pay deposit by other bank draft, but reservation cannot be confirmed until method of payment has cleared.
The STANDARD deposit is equal to one-night's stay (highest priced night) or 25% of the estimated total, with tax, whichever is greater. If reservation is cancelled any time between the date of booking and 5:00 PM (CT) 14 days before check-in date, the deposit will be refunded minus $25 cancellation fee. Credit card refunds will be by merchant credit to the same account as the deposit payment only.
After that time, your deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE. If you fail to cancel by 5:00 PM (CT) the day before your scheduled check-in and fail to arrive; then the entire amount of your stay will be charged to the credit card.
Guests are responsible for the entire duration of their confirmed reservation. No credit for late arrival or early departure.
"Special Event" Policy: (Includes Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, July 4th/Essence, Voodoo Fest, other festivals, major sporting events or concerts, large conventions, and other events) A 50% deposit is required. Special Event deposit is non-refundable.
Some Promotionas and specials will override this cancellation policy.
By City of New Orleans ordinance, smoking AND vaping are prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and common areas. Smoking and vaping are allowed on the front veranda ond rear patio only. Smoking or vaping in guest rooms will result in a $500 cleaning/loss-of-use charge, and immediate eviction without refund.
For the safety of this historic structure and all our guests, the following items are prohibited.
Any of these items are subject to confiscation, and may result in eviction without refund and cleaning/loss-of-use fees up to $500.
