"Eggs Cochon de Lait" at Ashton's B&B in New Orleans.

We are trying out some new breakfast dishes at Ashton's B&B this Summer. Jay Karen, President & CEO of the Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII) recently visited, and took this picture of our "Eggs Cochon de Lait," which is a split biscuit, topped with a layer of pulled slow-roasted pork, topped with a poached egg and a chipotle-tomato hollandaise.
