 A deposit equal to one-night's stay or 25%, whichever is greater, is required to secure your room. If you cancel your reservation by 5:00 PM Central Time 14 days before your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel after that time, your deposit will not be refunded. Unless you cancel at least 48 hours before arrival, you are responsible for the entire amount of your stay. No credit for late arrival or early departure.

(Including Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, July 4th/Essence Fest, Voodoo Fest, major sporting events or concerts, and large conventions) A minimum 50% deposit is required. Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival will result in the remaining balance being charged. Guest is responsible for the entire reservation. No credit for late arrival or early departure.
 Standard check-in is available from 2pm until 7pm. Early check-in may be available (if possible) with prior arrangements. Late check-in (after 7pm) can only be allowed with prior arrangements. Please contact the innkeeper to make early or late check-in arrangements.
 All guest rooms and indoor areas of the house are NON SMOKING. Burning candles, incense or open flames of any kind are also prohibited. Smoking is allowed on the covered front veranda and rear patio only. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction without refund and a cleaning/loss-of-use fee of up to $500.

Ashton's Bed & Breakfast is privately owned and owner-occupied. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or accommodations to anyone of any lawful reason. Any behavior on the part of guests that affect the safety or peaceful enjoyment of other guests may result in eviction without refund. Additional persons (regardless of age) not specifically named in the reservation are not allowed on premises overnight. Guests pets are not allowed on the premises. Visitors, when accompanied by registered guests, are allowed on premises between 10am and 8pm with prior permission of management. Management reserves the right to limit the number of visitors. Guests are responsible for the behavior and actions of their visitors.
