All reservations require a deposit at the time of booking. For standard reservations, the deposit is equal to the first night’s stay (including tax) and is refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival. If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is forfeited. Additionally, if a reservation is canceled after 2 PM CST on the day before check-in, the guest is responsible for the full remaining balance of the stay.

For special event reservations, a deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at booking, or 100% if booked within 14 days of arrival. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. Special event deposits are non-refundable, and any cancellation results in forfeiture of the deposit.

Changes to a reservation must be approved by management. Guests are responsible for the entire reservation, with no refunds or credits for late arrivals or early departures. Changes may result in cancellation or additional fees. All reservations are first-come, first-served, and rooms are subject to prior sale.

Check-In: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Early check-in allowed after 10:00 am when-possible. Free after-hours self-check-in available with prior arrangements. Contact the innkeeper to discuss early or late check-in.

Check-Out: 11:00 am. Late check-out may be available, but cannot be guaranteed.
Baggage Drop-Off/Storage: Free baggage drop-off and storage available to guests with prior arrangement

At least one guest on the reservation must be 18 years of age or older. All guests 16 years of age and older are subject to ID verification.

Yes, our New Orleans bed and breakfast offers a fully accessible guest room, the Mardi Gras Room, which includes a barrier-free wheelchair-accessible shower with grab bars, a fold-down seat, and an ADA-compliant shower fixture. The room also features a wheelchair-height toilet with grab bars, an accessible vanity, and at least 5 inches of clearance under the bed for lift use.

The property itself is wheelchair accessible, with a van-accessible private parking space, a wheelchair lift elevator, and accessible routes from the parking area to the guest room, dining room, and all common areas. Additional accessibility features include visual and audible fire alarms, closed captioning on the TV, and an accessible call-box at the front gate entrance.
