Gift Certificates can be used like cash towards a stay at our New Orleans bed and breakfast and may be purchased in any dollar amount. You can choose to receive the certificate by mail or email. It can be sent to the purchaser or directly to the recipient.
Gift Certificate Policies
Gift Certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be redeemed by the recipient named on the certificate. Presentation of the physical certificate is not necessary. Only the certificate number is required to redeem. Once redeemed, any physical or electronic copy of the certificate is void. Gift Certificate balance cannot be redeemed for cash. When booking a reservation with a Gift Certificate, it is best to call the B&B at (504) 942-7048. The certificate cannot be used for online payments. Reservations required, and subject to availability. All normal reservation, deposit, and cancellation policies apply. Certificates expire three years from the date of purchase.
